At StriaFade, we stand behind our products. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
90-Day Results Guarantee — StriaFade Red Light Therapy Belt
We offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee on the StriaFade Red Light Therapy Belt, subject to the following conditions. This guarantee exists because we are confident our product works when used correctly and consistently.
To qualify for a refund under the 90-Day Guarantee, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
- You must have used the belt every single day for the full 90-day period
- You must have used the belt for a minimum of 15 minutes per session, every day without interruption
- You must provide clear photographic evidence of Day 1, Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90 (front and side angles in identical lighting and clothing)
- You must contact us within 7 days of completing the 90-day period — requests submitted after this window will not be accepted
- The product must be returned to us in its original packaging at your own expense before the refund is issued
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer
- Refunds will not be issued until the product has been received and inspected by our team
- We reserve the right to reject any guarantee claim that does not meet all of the above conditions
Refunds that qualify will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Standard Return Policy — All Other Products
All other products carry a 30-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery, subject to the following strict conditions:
- Items must be completely unused, unopened, and in 100% original condition with all original packaging, seals, and tags intact
- You must contact us at striafade@outlook.com to request a return authorization before sending any item back — unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to sender at their expense
- You must provide your original order confirmation as proof of purchase
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer — we do not provide prepaid return labels
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions in full
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Any opened skin care, beauty, or personal care product (including but not limited to creams, serums, and oils) — for hygiene and safety reasons
- Subscription products once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Sale items, discounted items, and items purchased with a discount code
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior written authorization from StriaFade
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at striafade@outlook.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with clear photographic and/or video evidence of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be accepted. We reserve the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting your return. StriaFade is not responsible for any additional delays caused by your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at striafade@outlook.com.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is completely unused, unopened, in its original packaging with all tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This right does not apply to opened personal care or hygiene products.
