Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Processing time is separate from and in addition to shipping time. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.


Shipping Times

Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days from dispatch

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. StriaFade is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather events, peak postal periods, public holidays, or any other circumstances outside our direct control. We do not offer refunds or compensation for shipping delays.


Shipping Costs

Free worldwide shipping is applied to all orders at checkout unless otherwise stated.


Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch. StriaFade is not responsible for tracking delays or inaccuracies caused by the carrier.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer. StriaFade has no control over these charges and cannot predict or estimate their amount. We will not falsify customs declarations or mark shipments as gifts to avoid import fees. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for information before placing your order. Refused or unclaimed packages that are returned to us will not be refunded for original shipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

StriaFade is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend first checking with neighbors and your local post office. If the issue is unresolved, contact us at striafade@outlook.com and we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee resolution or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. StriaFade is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you identify an error, contact us immediately at striafade@outlook.com — we can only modify addresses before an order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible and we will not issue a refund for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
